Attended SEMI-THERM 2026 in San Jose, California with Prof. Agonafer. Led booth activities throughout the event and delivered a presentation on the COOLERCHIPS effort with particular emphasis on MOSTCOOL and its role in supporting next-generation data center thermal management along with Prof. Agonafer's work on the novel two-phase cold plate development using his patented hollow-micropillar technology.
The event created valuable opportunities to engage with industry leaders from Google, HP, Copeland and technical experts interested in advanced cooling technologies and system-level modeling tools. Conversations included interest from engineers working in two-phase cooling, reliability, and broader thermal system design.
